This colonial home in Williamsburg, VA got a major kitchen remodel. The project included, design and planning, new Marmoleum floors Painters Palette, IKEA frames with SWEDISH DOOR, Chantilly Lace, new appliances, new quartz counter top Calacatta Vicenza by MSI and subway tiles with floating metal shelves.

It is a classic look with shaker style doors, white subway tiles and Marble look quartz, but the contemporary feel is ever present in the little details.

This kitchen in Virginia Beach, near Pembroke, is a bright example of how a small kitchen in a ranch home can become a modern space for cooking with enough room to fit all appliances, storage pantry and an island with overhang and bar stools. The client wanted a turnkey solution and this is what we provided.

Here you can see a contemporary kitchen design with the new IKEA’s AXSTAD doors and drawer fronts. This kitchen in Virginia Beach stands out with high ceilings (108”), Calacatta Laza quartz counter tops, undermount stainless steel sink by Kraus, slide in range oven from Samsung, curved glass range hood from IKEA and LED lights under the wall cabinets. The floor tiles are Watercolor Grigio by MSI.

This nicely fully renovated house is located in the historic part of Norfolk. The owners wanted to combine two colors, so they decided to go with natural wood veneer look and white supermatte slab fronts from Semihandmade. The final result is a kitchen with clean lines in mid century modern style, which corresponds to the overall feel of the house.

This is a contemporary townhouse in Virginia Beach near the Oceana Naval Base and not too far from Sandbridge. A perfect match for this high-ceiling modern home is IKEA’s KUNGSBACKA with STROMLINJE LED lights and bold counter tops made of Grey Mist Granite. The underside of the wall cabinets, which normally is white, is covered with anthracite black cover panels to match the IKEA doors.

This ranch in Midlothian, VA shines with an IKEA kitchen with high-gloss white RINGHULT doors and Black Galaxy granite counter tops. The contemporary look is highlighted by the black and white contrast and strong angles: doors, trims, handles, etc. The range oven is a slide-in, flat top Samsung with a granite bridge in the back to prevent spills.

IKEA is famous not only for its fabulous kitchen system – SEKTION – but the company also has solutions for any room in your house: including closets. For this project Virginia Kitchens was hired to plan, assemble and install a PAX system wardrobes.

Virginia Kitchens fully transformed this condo located on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach. We were responsible also for the bathroom vanities that we matched with the same material as the kitchen VOXTORP Walnut. The customer requested a contemporary LED lighting under the cabinets, so we decided you use IKEA`s IRSTA lights.
